Principals
In order to provide extra security, you must provide the PIN code from your license
renewal invitation as well as the Drivers License/Secretary of State number of one of the principals listed
on the business license.

The PIN code is found on your license renewal invitation. There is no way to bypass
this PIN requirement. If you do not have a PIN code, contact the Regulated Business
Licensing Unit at 860-263-5700.

Enter the Drivers License/Secretary of State number of a Principal listed on the Business License
|
Each business license has a list of principals. You can use the Drivers License/Secretary of State number
of any of the principals. Enter the Drivers License/Secretary of State number
exactly as it appears on the principal’s card.
If you do not know who the business license principals are, contact the unit. If
you there is a discrepancy between the principals listed on the business license
and the currently active principals, contact the Regulated Business Licensing Unit
at 860-263-5700.
