- Begin the registration and plate cancellation process by entering your First
Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, CT Drivers License Number/CT ID Card Number,
and Plate Class.

Select the plate class of the plate you want to reprint.

Note: If there is a discrepancy between your legal name and what is listed on your
CT Drivers License/CT ID Card, please contact the DMV.
- Click Continue to search the DMV database for any compliance issues.
Click Cancel to return to the DMV self-service website.
